Refund policy

Please contact us via email at quaintrellebyy@gmail.com, and we will contact you with instructions.

Shipping/delivered orders are available for return and you will receive a credit in the store within 10 days of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS.

For returns, merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.

While we do NOT issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for store credit or exchange.
